Speed of Life Tours Presents

The Lincoln Assassination - A Drama of Destiny, Fate and Revenge

The only Lincoln Assassination tour that goes into Fords Theatre!

A dramtic walking tour that traces the tragic day that changed America.  At the end of the Civil War, Abraham Lincoln anticipated a time of peace and reconciliation.  But others had a different plan.  John Wilkes Booth lead a gang of conspirators in a plot to avenge the south and change the course of history.

Join on on Saturday, September 10 at 1:00 PM for a two hour tour that starts in Lafayette Park and walks down to Fords Theatre, where we will end the walk with a tour of Fords Theatre and Museum.

Did Booth act alone?  How did he manage to get so close to the President?  Why did he do it? Why did the government hang four other conspirators.  We'll  look into all of these questions and much more in a dramatic, eye-opening tour.
